Occupations Code § 2310.055","heading":"PRICE ADVERTISEMENT; MISREPRESENTATION OF PRICE OR QUANTITY.","body":"(a) If a price sign, card, tag, poster, or other advertisement displaying the price of motor fuel includes a whole number and a fraction, the figures in the fraction shall be of proportionate size and legibility to those of the whole number.\n(b) A person violates this chapter if the person:\n(1) misrepresents the price of motor fuel sold or offered or exposed for sale; or\n(2) represents the price or the quantity of motor fuel sold or offered or exposed for sale in a manner intended or tending to mislead or deceive an actual or prospective customer.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1219 (S.B. 2119), Sec. 1, eff.
