Occupations Code § 258.151","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"High-risk patient\" means a patient who has a level 3 or 4 classification according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification System.\n(2) \"Pediatric patient\" means a patient younger than 13 years of age.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 349, Sec. 1, eff.
