Occupations Code § 258.154","heading":"COMPLIANCE WITH ANESTHESIA RULES.","body":"(a) A dentist who practices dentistry in this state and who administers anesthesia or performs a procedure for which anesthesia is administered shall comply with the rules adopted under this subchapter.\n(b) The board may require a dentist to submit and comply with a corrective action plan to remedy or address any current or potential deficiencies with the dentist's administration of anesthesia in accordance with this subtitle or rules of the board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 349, Sec. 1, eff.
