Occupations Code § 264.152","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY: DENTAL RECORDS ACCESS.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 258.0511.\n(b) Notwithstanding Section 264.151, an offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\n(c) If it is shown at the trial of an offense under this section that the defendant was previously convicted under this section, the offense is a Class A misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1119 (H.B. 3876), Sec. 2, eff.
