Occupations Code § 301.256","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"If the results of an examination taken under Section 301.253 or 301.255 satisfy the criteria established by the board under that section, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to practice professional nursing or vocational nursing in this state.
