Occupations Code § 301.302","heading":"RENEWAL OF EXPIRED LICENSE BY OUT-OF-STATE PRACTITIONER.","body":"(a) A person who was licensed to practice professional nursing or vocational nursing in this state, moved to another state, and is currently licensed and has been in practice in the other state for the two years preceding application may obtain a new license without examination.\n(b) The person must pay to the board a fee that is equal to the amount of the initial fee for the license and the renewal fee.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
