Occupations Code § 301.415","heading":"REBUTTAL STATEMENT.","body":"(a) A nurse who is entitled to receive notice under Section 301.414 or the authorized representative of the nurse may file with the board a statement of reasonable length containing the nurse's rebuttal of any information in the report to the board.\n(b) The statement made under Subsection (a) must accompany the part of the report being rebutted.\n(c) In investigating the report, the board shall:\n(1) review the statement made under Subsection (a); and\n(2) evaluate each reason asserted by the nurse to justify the nurse's conduct.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
