Occupations Code § 301.467","heading":"REINSTATEMENT.","body":"(a) On application, the board may reinstate a license to practice professional nursing or vocational nursing to a person whose license has been revoked, suspended, or surrendered.\n(b) An application to reinstate a revoked license:\n(1) may not be made before the first anniversary of the date of the revocation; and\n(2) must be made in the manner and form the board requires.\n(c) If the board denies an application for reinstatement, it may set a reasonable waiting period before the applicant may reapply for reinstatement.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
