Occupations Code § 351.054","heading":"TERMS.","body":"(a) Members of the board serve staggered six-year terms. The terms of two optometrist or therapeutic optometrist members and one public member expire on January 31 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) A member may not serve more than two complete terms.
