Occupations Code § 351.204","heading":"RECORDS OF COMPLAINTS.","body":"(a) The board shall maintain a system to act promptly and efficiently on each complaint filed with the board. The board shall maintain information concerning:\n(1) parties to the complaint;\n(2) the subject matter of the complaint;\n(3) a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint;\n(4) the disposition of the complaint; and\n(5) other relevant information.\n(b) The board shall periodically notify parties to the complaint of the status of the complaint until the board finally disposes of the complaint.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
