Occupations Code § 351.301","heading":"RENEWAL CERTIFICATE.","body":"(a) A person required by this subchapter to hold a renewal certificate may not practice optometry or therapeutic optometry without the certificate.\n(b) A violation of this section has the same effect as, and is subject to the penalties for, practicing optometry or therapeutic optometry without holding a license as required by Subchapter F.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
