Occupations Code § 351.505","heading":"REISSUANCE OF LICENSE AFTER REVOCATION.","body":"(a) A person whose license has been revoked:\n(1) may not apply for reissuance under Subsection (b) before the first anniversary of the date of revocation; and\n(2) must apply in any manner required by the board.\n(b) On application, the board may reissue a license to practice optometry or therapeutic optometry to a person whose license has been revoked.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
