Occupations Code § 351.606","heading":"GENERAL CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this chapter.\n(b) An offense under Subsection (a) is a misdemeanor punishable by:\n(1) a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000;\n(2) confinement in county jail for a term of not less than two months or more than six months; or\n(3) both the fine and confinement.\n(c) A separate offense is committed each day a violation of this chapter occurs or continues.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
