Occupations Code § 402.251","heading":"TEMPORARY TRAINING PERMIT QUALIFICATIONS.","body":"(a) The department shall issue a temporary training permit to a person who:\n(1) possesses the qualifications required under Section 402.203(a);\n(2) submits a written application on a form prescribed by the department furnishing documentation that the applicant satisfies the requirements of Subdivision (1); and\n(3) pays any required fee.\n(b) The commission by rule may provide for the issuance of a new temporary training permit under this section after a person's temporary training permit expires.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
