Occupations Code § 451.157","heading":"TEMPORARY LICENSE.","body":"(a) The department may issue a temporary license to an applicant if the applicant satisfies:\n(1) the requirements of Section 451.153; and\n(2) any other requirement established by the commission.\n(b) The commission by rule shall prescribe the time during which a temporary license is valid.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
