Occupations Code § 452.101","heading":"DIRECTOR; PERSONNEL.","body":"(a) The executive council shall employ a director and administrative and clerical employees as necessary to carry out the functions of the executive council, the occupational therapy board, and the physical therapy board.\n(b) The director shall employ a coordinator of occupational therapy programs and a coordinator of physical therapy programs to carry out the functions of the respective boards. The coordinators may request the executive council to assign additional employees to carry out the duties of the coordinators.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
