Occupations Code § 452.103","heading":"CAREER LADDER PROGRAM; PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS.","body":"(a) The director or the director's designee shall develop an intra-agency career ladder program. The program must require intra-agency postings of all nonentry level positions concurrently with any public posting.\n(b) The director or the director's designee shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations that are based on documented employee performance. All merit pay for executive council employees must be based on the system established under this subsection.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
