Occupations Code § 452.151","heading":"GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES.","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, the executive council shall administer and enforce Chapters 453 and 454.\n(b) The executive council shall:\n(1) develop and prepare a budget for the executive council, the occupational therapy board, and the physical therapy board; and\n(2) manage all physical property used by the executive council, the occupational therapy board, or the physical therapy board.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
