Occupations Code § 452.156","heading":"REVIEW OF RULES.","body":"(a) Before submitting a rule for publication in the Texas Register, a board represented on the executive council shall forward the proposed rule to the executive council for review.\n(b) The executive council may review the rule and shall approve the rule for submission for publication unless the rule exceeds the rulemaking authority of the board.\n(c) If the executive council fails to approve a rule, it shall return the rule to the board with an explanation of the reasons for the denial.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
