Occupations Code § 452.201","heading":"PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The executive council shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the executive council and the procedures by which complaints are filed with and resolved by the executive council, the occupational therapy board, or the physical therapy board.\n(b) The executive council shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
