Occupations Code § 453.059","heading":"MEETINGS.","body":"(a) A special meeting of the board:\n(1) may be called jointly by the presiding officer and secretary; or\n(2) shall be called on the written request of any two members.\n(b) The secretary shall keep a record of each meeting of the board.
