Occupations Code § 453.151","heading":"PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The board shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the board and the procedures by which complaints are filed with and resolved by the board.\n(b) The board shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.\n(c) Information maintained by the executive council or the board under this chapter regarding the home address or personal telephone number of a person licensed under this chapter is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code. A person licensed under this chapter must provide the board with a business address or address of record that will be subject to disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
