Occupations Code § 453.207","heading":"REEXAMINATION.","body":"(a) An applicant who fails to pass an examination under Section 453.205 may retake the examination under the policies of the national testing entity.\n(b) Before retaking an examination, the applicant must:\n(1) submit to the board a reexamination application prescribed by the board; and\n(2) pay a nonrefundable application fee prescribed by the executive council.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
