Occupations Code § 453.355","heading":"REISSUANCE OF LICENSE; ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AFTER DENIAL.","body":"(a) On application by the person, the board may reissue a license to a person whose license has been revoked.\n(b) An application to reinstate a revoked license:\n(1) may not be made before the 180th day after the date the revocation order became final; and\n(2) must be made in the manner and form the board requires.\n(c) On application by the person, the board may issue a license to a person whose license application has been denied.
