Occupations Code § 453.402","heading":"AMOUNT OF PENALTY.","body":"(a) The amount of an administrative penalty may not exceed $200 for each violation. Each day a violation continues or occurs is a separate violation for purposes of imposing a penalty.\n(b) The amount of the penalty shall be determined according to the sanctions schedule adopted under Section 453.3525.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
