Occupations Code § 454.106","heading":"LIST OF LICENSE HOLDERS.","body":"(a) The coordinator of occupational therapy programs shall maintain a list of the names of each person licensed under this chapter.\n(b) The list shall be open to public inspection at all times.\n(c) On March 1 of each year, the coordinator of occupational therapy programs shall transmit an official copy of the list to the executive council.\n(d) A certified copy of the list is admissible as evidence in a court of this state.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
