Occupations Code § 454.203","heading":"QUALIFICATIONS FOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST OR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT LICENSE.","body":"An applicant for an occupational therapist license or an occupational therapy assistant license must present evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has:\n(1) successfully completed the academic and supervised field work experience requirements of an educational program in occupational therapy recognized by the board, as provided by Section 454.204; and\n(2) passed an examination as provided by Section 454.207.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
