Occupations Code § 454.302","heading":"PROCEDURES FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION; SCHEDULE OF SANCTIONS.","body":"(a) Proceedings for disciplinary action against a license holder and appeals from those proceedings are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(b) After a hearing by the State Office of Administrative Hearings, the board may deny or refuse to renew a license, suspend or revoke a license, reprimand a license holder, or impose probationary conditions.\n(c) The State Office of Administrative Hearings shall use the schedule of sanctions adopted by the board by rule for a sanction imposed as the result of a hearing conducted by the office.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
