Occupations Code § 454.303","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AFTER DENIAL; REISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"On application by the person, the board may issue a license to a person whose license has been denied or reissue a license to a person who has been disciplined by the board. The application:\n(1) may not be made before the 180th day after the date the denial or discipline order became final; and\n(2) must be made in the manner and form the board requires.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
