Occupations Code § 454.304","heading":"INFORMAL PROCEEDINGS.","body":"(a) The board by rule shall adopt procedures governing:\n(1) informal disposition of a contested case under Section 2001.056, Government Code; and\n(2) informal proceedings held in compliance with Section 2001.054, Government Code.\n(b) A rule adopted under this section must:\n(1) provide the complainant and the license holder an opportunity to be heard; and\n(2) require the presence of the board's legal counsel or a representative of the attorney general to advise the board or the board's employees.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
