The rules must include procedures for:\n(1) monitoring for compliance a license holder who is ordered by the board to perform a certain act; and\n(2) identifying and monitoring each license holder who represents a risk to the public.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
