Massage therapy does not constitute the practice of chiropractic.\n(b) In this chapter, therapy or therapeutic procedures do not include:\n(1) the diagnosis or treatment of illness or disease; or\n(2) a service or procedure for which a license to practice medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, or podiatry is required by law.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
