Occupations Code § 501.056","heading":"PER DIEM; REIMBURSEMENT.","body":"(a) Each board member is entitled to a per diem set by legislative appropriation for each day the member engages in board business.\n(b) A member may not receive reimbursement for travel expenses, including expenses for meals and lodging. A member is entitled to reimbursement for transportation expenses as provided by the General Appropriations Act.\n(c) All per diem and reimbursement for expenses authorized by this section shall be paid only from fees collected under this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
