Occupations Code § 501.252","heading":"PSYCHOLOGIST LICENSE APPLICATION.","body":"(a) To be licensed under this chapter, a person must apply to the executive council for a license. The executive council shall issue a license to an applicant who:\n(1) is qualified for the license under Section 501.2525; and\n(2) pays the fee set by the executive council.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 768 (H.B. 1501), Sec. 2.113(13), eff.
