Occupations Code § 501.259","heading":"LICENSING OF PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATE.","body":"(a) The executive council shall set standards for the issuance of licenses to psychological personnel who hold a master's degree from an accredited university or college in a program that is primarily psychological in nature.\n(b) The executive council shall designate a person who holds a license authorized by this section by a title that includes the adjective \"psychological\" followed by a noun such as \"associate,\" \"assistant,\" \"examiner,\" or \"technician.\"\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
