Occupations Code § 502.2541","heading":"JURISPRUDENCE EXAMINATION.","body":"(a) The board shall develop a jurisprudence examination to determine an applicant's knowledge of this chapter, rules adopted under this chapter, and any other applicable laws of this state affecting the applicant's practice of marriage and family therapy. The executive council shall administer the examination at least twice each calendar year.\n(b) The executive council shall adopt rules to implement this section, including rules related to the development and administration of the examination, examination fees, guidelines for reexamination, grading the examination, and providing notice of examination results.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1061 (H.B. 1413), Sec. 16, eff.
