Occupations Code § 503.060","heading":"MUSICAL THERAPY SERVICES.","body":"This chapter does not apply to an activity, service, title, or description of a person who:\n(1) is certified by the Certification Board for Music Therapists or listed with the National Music Therapy Registry;\n(2) performs a music therapy service consistent with:\n(A) state law;\n(B) the person's training; and\n(C) the code of ethics of the person's profession; and\n(3) does not engage in the use of psychotherapy or use the title of licensed counselor or represent that the person is a licensed counselor.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 14.258(a), eff.
