Occupations Code § 503.305","heading":"LICENSE EXAMINATION.","body":"(a) The executive council shall administer examinations to determine the competence of qualified applicants at least twice each calendar year.\n(b) The executive council shall contract with a nationally recognized testing organization to develop and administer a written professional counselor licensing examination to applicants who apply for a license under this chapter.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
