Occupations Code § 503.308","heading":"ASSOCIATE LICENSE.","body":"(a) The executive council by rule may provide for the issuance of an associate license. Rules adopted under this subsection must provide a time limit for the period an associate license is valid.\n(b) The executive council by rule may adopt a system under which an associate license may be issued to a person who:\n(1) meets all of the academic and examination requirements for licensing; and\n(2) enters into a supervisory agreement with a supervisor approved by the executive council.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
