Occupations Code § 504.202","heading":"NOTICE OF LICENSE EXPIRATION AND REQUIREMENTS TO RENEW.","body":"Not later than the 31st day before the expiration date of a person's license, the department shall send to the license holder at the license holder's last known address according to department records written notice of:\n(1) the impending license expiration;\n(2) the amount of the renewal fee; and\n(3) any continuing education required to renew the license.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
