Occupations Code § 504.254","heading":"RIGHT TO ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING.","body":"(a) If the department proposes to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a person's license, registration, or certification issued by the department, the person is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\n(b) Procedures for disciplinary action are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code. Rules of practice adopted by the executive commissioner under Section 2001.004, Government Code, applicable to the proceedings for a disciplinary action may not conflict with rules adopted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
