Occupations Code § 505.352","heading":"LICENSE APPLICATION.","body":"A person may apply for a license under this chapter by submitting an application to the executive council. The application must:\n(1) be on a form prescribed by the executive council; and\n(2) contain statements made under oath regarding the applicant's education and experience and any other information required by the executive council that qualifies the applicant for a license.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
