Occupations Code § 506.251","heading":"LICENSE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subchapter B, a person may not engage in the practice of applied behavior analysis unless the person holds a license under this chapter.\n(b) A person may not use the title \"licensed behavior analyst\" or \"licensed assistant behavior analyst,\" as appropriate, unless the person is licensed under this chapter.\n(c) Except as provided by Subchapter B, a person may not use the title \"behavior analyst\" unless the person is licensed under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1156 (S.B. 589), Sec. 2, eff.
