Occupations Code § 507.354","heading":"PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED.","body":"(a) Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives the notice under Section 507.353, the person may in writing:\n(1) accept the executive council's determination and recommended administrative penalty; or\n(2) request a hearing on the occurrence of the violation, the amount of the penalty, or both.\n(b) If the person accepts the executive council's determination and recommended penalty, the executive council shall issue an order and impose the recommended penalty.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 768 (H.B. 1501), Sec. 1.001, eff.
