Occupations Code § 507.356","heading":"DECISION BY EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.","body":"(a) Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and proposal for a decision, the executive council by order may determine that:\n(1) a violation occurred and impose an administrative penalty; or\n(2) a violation did not occur.\n(b) The executive council shall give notice of the order to the person. The notice must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 768 (H.B. 1501), Sec. 1.001, eff.
