Occupations Code § 51.253","heading":"PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.","body":"(a) The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the commission and to speak on any issue under the commission's jurisdiction.\n(b) The commission shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English or who has a physical, mental, or developmental disability may be provided reasonable access to the commission's programs.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
