Occupations Code § 51.303","heading":"NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PENALTY.","body":"If, after investigation of a possible violation and the facts surrounding the possible violation, the department determines that a violation occurred, the department shall issue to the respondent a notice of alleged violation stating:\n(1) a brief summary of the alleged violation;\n(2) the amount of the recommended administrative penalty; and\n(3) that the respondent has the right to a hearing to contest the alleged violation, the amount of the penalty, or both.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
