Occupations Code § 51.354","heading":"RIGHT TO HEARING; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE.","body":"(a) A respondent is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings if the executive director proposes to deny, suspend, or revoke a license.\n(b) A proceeding under this chapter to deny, suspend, or revoke a license is considered to be a contested case under Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 880 (S.B. 2443), Sec. 2, eff.
