Occupations Code § 554.012","heading":"NOTIFICATION RELATING TO THERAPEUTIC OPTOMETRISTS.","body":"The board shall inform each holder of a license to practice pharmacy and each holder of a license to operate a pharmacy of the authority of a therapeutic optometrist to prescribe a drug under Section 351.357 by annually mailing to each license holder a notice that:\n(1) describes the authority of a therapeutic optometrist to prescribe a drug; and\n(2) lists each drug that a therapeutic optometrist may lawfully prescribe.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
