Occupations Code § 555.006","heading":"NOTIFICATION CONCERNING COMPLAINT.","body":"(a) The board shall notify the complainant not later than the 30th day after the date the board receives the complaint and shall provide an estimated time for resolution of the complaint.\n(b) If a written complaint is filed with the board that the board has authority to resolve, the board, at least every four months and until final disposition of the complaint, shall notify the parties to the complaint of the status of the complaint unless the notice would jeopardize an undercover investigation.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
